Where is the software hosted — on your servers or mine?
By default we host everything on EU-based cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Turso, Render). You pay nothing extra and always own your data. If you prefer self-hosting on your own servers — just tell us upfront, we'll deploy there.
What about support and updates after launch?
All paid projects include free bug fixes for 30 days. After that we offer a monthly care plan from 2,500 CZK: uptime monitoring, security updates, small content changes and priority response within 2 business hours.
Can I edit the menu, prices and content myself?
Yes. Every digital menu, website and AI chatbot ships with a simple admin panel — you update menu items, prices, photos and opening hours yourself in minutes, no coding needed.
How is the AI chatbot trained on my business?
We ingest your menu, pricing, opening hours, booking rules, FAQs and tone of voice. The bot answers only about your business and escalates complex cases to a human by e-mail or WhatsApp — never invents information.
What languages does the AI chatbot speak?
Out of the box: English, Czech, Russian, German, Ukrainian. We can add Italian, Spanish, French or any other language on request.
How long does it take to launch?
Digital menu with QR — 1–2 weeks. Landing page — 2–3 weeks. Full website or AI chatbot — 3–6 weeks. Mobile app — 6–12 weeks. Exact timeline is agreed before kick-off.
Do you invoice with Czech VAT (faktura s DPH)?
Yes. We are a Czech company (IČO 24016233) and issue standard VAT invoices in CZK or EUR. Payment by bank transfer, 50% upfront and 50% on delivery for project work.
What if I already use a booking system?
We integrate with the most common tools: Reservio, Booksy, Google Calendar, Storyous, Dotykačka, as well as custom systems via API. During the 30-minute discovery call we confirm compatibility.
